Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please allow us a minimum of 24hrs notice, so that we can either reschedule for you and/or give the allotted slot to someone else.

If less than 24hrs is given, 50% of the service(s) reserved will be added onto your next appointment.

If no notice is given, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service(s) plus any future appointment will require prepayment.
